Rio Grande Wild Turkey Hunts
The properties that we have for our Guided Oklahoma Wild Rio Grande Turkey hunts are outstanding. Our population of birds continues to rise year after year. Our short Mesquite brush with very few roost trees makes for a unique hunt. Huge flocks leave their winter roost 6 miles south on the Red River and head north as spring arrives. Our birds average 23 pounds with 9 inch beards. However, we have taken a 30 pounder as well as a bird with 1.5 inch spurs. Whether a seasoned hunter completing your grand slam, or a beginner going for your first Tom, we can handle your needs. Hunters may choose to use either gun or archery equipment. All meals and lodging are included. The guide will take the hunter to the area and do all calling as well. This is a three day, three night hunt. Hunters are allowed to take two Toms.
Hunters may also want to spend the down time during the day bass fishing on our private farm ponds.
